About United Peace Alliance

UPA was founded by Dr. Melvin Ratcliff, Bryan X. Harmon, and Jason Grant to leverage the community relationships and work experience its founders have been about for 30+ years as employers and service providers, law enforcement, educators, youth mentors and community development business leaders.

Thirty-one years ago, two life-long friends and brothers decided to work together to support their underserved community with professional photography, videography, and security services. As their business and careers grew, they continued to find small and larger ways to work together to build and invest in the person of color communities they were raised in. 2023 is the launch year for our coalescence and further focused organic, grassroots, and inclusive community investment.
